Delivery Timeframe: Products are generally delivered within 3 to 5 days. In case of unavoidable delays, customers will be informed in advance.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure digital payments (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer).

Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days):

• Customers can exchange the size or color within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags intact.

• All exchange courier charges must be borne by the customer.

Defective or Wrong Products (Seller Error):

• If Hapa BD mistakenly sends an incorrect size, color, or a defective product, all return and replacement costs will be entirely borne by us, and appropriate resolution or replacement will be provided as per consumer rights guidelines.

No Cash Refund for Preference Changes:

• Once a product is sold and delivered in correct condition, cash refunds are not applicable for mere change of mind, though standard exchange options are available.
