Hapa’s exchange policy allows you to exchange any Hapa product purchased online or offline within 10 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.
Online purchase product return costs will be borne by the customer.
To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at hapabd.com However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to Hapa online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.

- No monetary refund is acceptable.
